Fantastic location, breakfast was incredible, staff was always very nice. The overall atmosphere and design of the hotel make it seem like it's suitable for younger people, but nearly everyone would feel good staying there. Rooms feel super modern (electrochromic or liquid crystal glass in the bathroom, etc). The highlight of my stay was the lobby bar (Woo Bar). The bartender was super cool and remembered our "custom" drink the next day. The sound quality at the bar was fantastic too. Loved the live DJ ascending on the moving DJ table from behind the bar shelf. Sol37 was also good, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and open space of the Woo Bar more. If someday in the future I end up in Suzhou again, this will be my go-to place.

I have been working in Suzhou for over 18 years. Usually, I stay in another area, another hotel (we won't mention his name... but since COVID-19, it hasn't returned to the same level). I was looking for something else. Three months ago, I had a meeting in the W's lobby and was helped by the staff. And even though I was not a hotel guest, the staff helped me exceptionally. So I decided to spend the night there. I must mention the service of the staff at the hotel, the restaurant at the hotel - one of the best I've eaten... And another essential thing for me - the Gin and tonic is one of the best I've drunk!... Without a doubt, this is the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are lovely. It has everything - view, shopping centres... excellent.

It is located in the new area of Suzhou, very modern and convenient as it is connected to a big shopping mall next door. But it is some distance away from the old town. Staff are polite and sincere to address your concerns and questions, nice.

Excellent room design with a lot of space and nice features. Super friendly staff and good food options within the hotel. View was extraordinary, parking included, direct access to the shopping mall, nice cocktails at the reception bar. Excellent starting point for a run or a cycling trip. .

The room and bed is big. The view from high floor room is amazing. Next to Suzhou mall, can go through to the mall via level 3.
